Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. In the case of digital downloads, please send us an email and let us know why you were not pleased with the product. Send emails to: email@example.com
To return an item, first, determin the location where the item was purchased. Amazon or one of our digital downloads. For Amazon , go to: https://www.amazon.com/gp/orc/returns/homepage.html Log in to your account. Find the item you would like to return from the list of items purchased and follow their directions to file a merchandise return. You will then place the item securely in its original packaging or bring the item to your nearest UPS store and hand the attendant the item and the bar code that Amazon gave you and they will take care of the rest free of charge to you.
